PJ Rojo blasted Cherry Ella 3-1, to capture the 1st International Women’s Day 8-Ball tournament championship in yesterday’s finals at the La Sphère Billiard Centre. The young female cue artist from Baguio City dominated the table with her precision pocketing and superb ball positioning.

In the other finals match, Elsie Reyes took the 3rd place by beating Natacha Equey 3-0. Reyes took no time in assaulting her opponent with blitzkrieg offensive plays that spelled the doom for Equey.

The PBC-Geneva, the main organiser of the tournament would like to thank our sponsors, Western Union- "higit sa pera ang pinapadala mo", Mr. Elvis Ambord of La Sphère Billiard Centre, and Mr. Alex Wohlwend for the support they have given us.
