Top cue players will face each other again in this year's 2008 Philippine Independence Day Invitational 9-Ball Tournment on Sunday, 8 June at the Carouge Billiards Center. At stake is the much coveted "Ambassadors Cup". This year's competition will be an Asian invitational tournament as to accomodate our Asian pool players who have been very supportive of the Philippine Billiard Club.
The PBC-Geneva is again inviting all our kababayans and other Asians to join us in an afternoon of fun and pool competition. A registration fee of 30 CHF will be charged for each participant. Aside from the much coveted "Ambassador's Cup", cash prizes will also be given to the top 4 finalists. We also would like to thank our Philippine Ambassador H.E. Erlinda F. Basilio, for donating this year's Ambassador's Cup.
